Plant & Machineries (at Reserve Price of Rs. 6.00 Crores) of Ornate Ceramics Ltd. Total Reserve Price is Rs. 13.68 Crores.
(2) Open Plot of Land Revenue Survey No. 326/1/p & 326/2/p Situated at Rajpar Road, Village: Shakt Shanala, Morvi, Dist Rajkot Admeasuring about 22375 Sq. Mts. at Reserve Price of Rs. 2.60 Crores.
We enclose herewith the Investors’ Note which contains the brief details of M/s Ornate Ceramics Ltd., its P&M, Infrastructure facilities etc.

The Public Inspection is scheduled on 11-01-2010 in between 11.00 am to 2.00 pm at the factory premises at Village: Shakt Shanala, Tal: Morbi, Dist: Rajkot.
The Public Auction of the above secured assets of Ornate Ceramics Ltd. shall be held on 23-01-2010 at 2.00 pm. at State Bank of India, SAM Branch, Paramsiddhi Complex, 2nd Floor, Opp: V S Hospital, Ashram Road, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad – 380 006.
